United States National Football Team

The United States men's national soccer team is controlled by U.S. Soccer. Though soccer has not traditionally had a high profile in American sporting life, since the 1970s the sport has steadily grown in popularity. The men's national team has risen to become the strongest team in CONCACAF, is ranked 14th in the FIFA World Rankings, and has appeared in the last five FIFA World Cups.
